The Lifting Gaylord Dumper elevates and tilts containers for efficient dumping at multiple heights. Changeable cradle restraints lock in bins or boxes, while robust safety features ensure hazard-free operation.

Most gaylord dumpers tilt from ground level. The Lifting Gaylord Dumper both lifts and tilts, providing versatile service for high-throughput scenarios. A hydraulic lifting mechanism combines with a powerful tilting cradle, allowing users to empty industrial containers at multiple elevations.

Swap out cradle restraints to handle most common bulk containers, from dumpsters to gaylords to boxes. The Lifting Gaylord Dumper features a configurable dumping height to match your material handling stream.

This stationary installation is packed with safety features. An enclosed travel path protects bystanders, while a safety gate prevents motion until moving parts are safely blocked. User control pedestals can be installed several feet away from the unit to prevent splash risk, and an emergency stop button keeps operators in full control.

A dependable steel frame is girded with horizontal spanners, which users can adjust to match a preferred dumping height. Pre-drilled foot holes secure the unit in place. This is a heavy duty material handling solution that’s ideal for feeder systems and other bulk material handling applications.
