Order Picking Platform - Knock Down Flat

Improve safety and efficiency when picking orders at height with Order Picking Platforms – Knock Down Flat (OPP-KDF) from BHS, Inc. These steel, three-walled platforms affix to order picker trucks, giving the truck operator space to fill (or empty) pallets while keeping all items safely enclosed. Optional casters and push handle allow use with or without a forklift, and bifolding galvanized covers are available as a work surface or storage for scanners and lightweight tools.

Expanded steel enclosure walls stand 24” high, and optional additional panels double that height. These components collapse to save on shipping costs and take up less space during storage. Between uses, Order Picking Platforms are stackable up to two levels*, or up to six when knocked down flat**. This space-saving design makes Order Picking Platforms an ideal solution for boosting capacity during peak season.

* A maximum of one unit can be safely attached to an order picker truck. Do not attempt to use stacked units simultaneously on lift truck.
