Custom Dual Steer Warehouse Trailer with Push Handle

These customized Warehouse Trailers from BHS combine all the features of standard dual-steer tugger carts and adds a push handle turning the tugger cart into a manual push cart. Multiple trailers can be hitched together to create a logistics train that when pulled by a tugger truck, allows a single operator to deliver a large quantity of product throughout an entire facility. A perimeter lip around the cart deck ensures product stays contained on the cart during transit. Fork pockets cut into the side of the cart allow the cart to be transported with a lift truck or pallet jack.

With a folding tow bar and pintle hitch, these warehouse trailers will attach to most standard tugger truck hitches and quickly uncouple to drop off carts at designated workstations where the product is needed. The sturdy push handle allows the cart to be manually maneuvered when not connected to a tugger or train. Empty carts can be connected back to the train and returned to be reloaded with product for re-distribution.
